They showed up on time even after a last minute time change request and their professionalism and patience with the kids were remarkable. Their kind and courteous staff made sure that each of the 15 kids in attendance had a great time and no one felt left out. Thanks to their extensive game selection, my son and his friends stayed engaged and were excited for the duration of the rental and even wanted to stay longer than the allotted time. Laff House was in no hurry to kick them out as it’s quite evident that they prioritize service and a great experience over what most other similar businesses do, their bottom line – the almighty dollar.
